01Personal Data Collected

We collect the following personal data.

A. When you get in touch

The website currently has no enquiry form. We receive the following only to the extent you send it over KakaoTalk, Zalo, phone or email.

• Name, email address, phone number
• Region of residence, preferred contact channel, language
• Space type, estimated area, budget, preferred timeline, household composition
• Message and file attachments (photos, drawings, etc.)

Conversations on KakaoTalk and Zalo are also covered by those messengers' own privacy policies.

B. Automatically collected

• IP address, access timestamp, browser & device info, language setting
• Cookies and localStorage (for storing language preference)

C. AI tool usage (not currently offered)

The AI tools below are not available on the website at present. This section applies again if they return.

• Style chatbot — content of your messages
• AI Redesign — uploaded room photos (not stored, discarded immediately after processing)
• Auto estimator — non-identifying inputs (area, scope, material grade). Computation runs in your browser, never sent to server.

02Purpose of Collection

• Responding to consultations and proposing designs
• Preparing estimates and contracts
• Scheduling and progress communication during construction
• Post-completion aftercare and customer satisfaction
• Generating AI tool results (never used for model training)
• Aggregated, de-identified statistics for service improvement

03Retention and Disposal

We dispose of personal data without delay once the purpose of collection is achieved.

Disposal method: Electronic files are permanently deleted in an unrecoverable manner. Any paper printouts are shredded.

04Data Processing Sub-Processors

We delegate certain operations to the following service providers. They handle data securely under this policy.

Only two of these are actually in use right now: Vercel for hosting and Cloudinary for image delivery. Anthropic, Resend, Airtable and Slack apply only when the AI tools and the enquiry form are brought back.

We disclose the cross-border transfer to these processors. All carry SOC 2 or equivalent security certifications. Per its terms, the Anthropic API does not use customer data for model training.

05Third-Party Disclosure

We do not disclose personal data to external parties, except in the following cases.

• When the user has given prior consent
• When required by law or by an investigative authority (following due legal process)

06Your Rights

You may exercise the following rights at any time.

• Right to access — view the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to correct / delete — request modification of inaccurate data, or full deletion.
• Right to restrict processing — request that we pause processing.
• Right to withdraw consent — withdraw your consent (note: ongoing consultations may be stopped).

How to exercise: send a written (email) request to the contact below. We respond within 7 business days.

07AI Service — Special Notices (not currently offered)

The three AI tools below were removed from the website in the October 2026 redesign. They cannot be used at present, so none of the processing described here takes place. This section applies again as written if they are brought back.

① Style chatbot (/api/chat)

Your messages are sent to the Anthropic Claude API to generate a response. The transmitted data is not used by Anthropic for model training, and is auto-deleted after up to 30 days (abuse-prevention retention).

② AI Redesign (/api/redesign)

Uploaded room photos are sent to the Anthropic Claude API to produce analysis. Photos are not stored on our server — they are discarded immediately after processing. Anthropic also does not use them for training.

Please make sure photos do not contain faces or personally identifiable information.

③ Auto estimator

All calculations run in your browser and are not sent to the server. Email is collected only if you explicitly request the result to be emailed.

08Cookies and Tracking

• localStorage — stores your language choice (ko/en/vi). Contains no personally identifying info.
• Third-party tracking cookies — not used. If analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar) are ever introduced, we will say so here first.

You can disable cookies and localStorage from your browser settings.

09Security Measures

• Transport-layer encryption (HTTPS / TLS 1.2+)
• Principle of least privilege for access (limited to CRM operators)
• Regular rotation of API keys and auth tokens (quarterly)
• Mandatory two-factor authentication for admin accounts
• Bot / spam protection (honeypot · rate limit · input validation)
