The questions clients most often ask before booking a consultation.

Is the consultation free?
Yes — the first 30-minute consultation is free. We listen to your floor plan, budget, and taste, and define the direction together. A formal quote (with material rates and drawings) is delivered separately after agreement.
What is the typical construction timeline?
It depends on size and scope, but 8–16 weeks is typical. A full 80–120 m² apartment runs about 10 weeks; a partial renovation 4–6 weeks.
Do you work outside Ho Chi Minh City?
Ho Chi Minh is our focus, but we have completed projects in Phu Quoc, Da Nang, and Hanoi. Travel costs may be added depending on distance — let's discuss in advance.
Can we work fully remotely (e.g., from Korea)?
Yes. We run video meetings + daily KakaoTalk site reports, sharing drawings, 3D renders, and material samples in real time. You only need to visit 1–2 times during construction.
How are estimates calculated?
Itemized by category — demolition, MEP (electrical / plumbing / HVAC), finishes (tile / paint / wallpaper), furniture, and management fee. Any changes are agreed in writing in advance.
What about post-construction service?
12 months of free A/S after completion (construction defects only — leaks, cracks, electrical faults). After year 1, we still respond as priority, with site visits at material cost.
