Our process
How it runs
8–16 weeks depending on scope

Consult
We go through photos and plans, then set the budget range, the schedule and the non-negotiables. Free of charge.

Design
Two or three plan options to compare. Once one is chosen, we move to 3D and a materials board.

Estimate
Materials, labour and management, itemised separately. Nothing is added without written agreement.

Build
Our own site team takes over. Photos of the day's progress go out on KakaoTalk or Zalo.

Care
Construction defects repaired free for twelve months after move-in, and prioritised after that.
Eight to sixteen weeks, depending on scope and permitting. At the end of each stage we decide together whether to move to the next.
