Our standards
We believe a space should last, and feel entirely yours.
We look at daylight and circulation before we look at finishes. Materials are sourced locally in Vietnam at sensible prices, but the build tolerances are Korean. For twelve months after handover, construction defects are repaired free of charge.

Consult
We go through photos and plans, then set the budget range, the schedule and the non-negotiables. Free of charge.

Design
Two or three plan options to compare. Once one is chosen, we move to 3D and a materials board.

Estimate
Materials, labour and management, itemised separately. Nothing is added without written agreement.

Build
Our own site team takes over. Photos of the day's progress go out on KakaoTalk or Zalo.

Care
Construction defects repaired free for twelve months after move-in, and prioritised after that.
Strip back, refine, build to last. We make spaces judged a year after handover, not on the day of it.
